This includes Norton AntiVirus.

If an anti-virus program is enabled while installing V4, a problem with InstallShield could cause all of the files copied to the TeleMagic directories to be stamped with the current date. This can cause serious problems with your Windows installation if you then attempt to run TeleMagic.

If you have already installed V4, have not yet run the program, and you are not sure if an anti-virus program is installed, you must check the dates on the program files in the \TM4\PROGRAMS directory BEFORE running TeleMagic. If they are stamped with the current date, do not run TeleMagic! Instead, disable the anti-virus program. Then, if it is a first-time install of TeleMagic V4, delete the TeleMagic installation and reinstall.
