Subject: CRM-PRO: Outlook Interface

Development has reached a stage where I can project a delivery timeframe.  The software will be ready for beta-test in mid-May with release about a month later.

The main features are:
  1. Logging outgoing e-mails to a contact record whether sent from TeleMagic or from Outlook directly
  2. Automatic (by user preference) logging incoming e-mails to a contact record
  3. Logging by Activity record and/or notepad stamp
  4. Logs include date, time, user, subject and body
  5. E-mails built using OutLook 2003 - all features supported
  6. Mass e-mailing using TeleMagic filter

Yes, the entire drive is cleared. If your goal is to donate an operable
system to a charity rather than a paperweight, then you will need to re-load an OS
onto the machine.
