Development has reached a stage where I can project a delivery timeframe. The software will be ready for beta-test in mid-May with release about a month later.
The main features are:
Logging outgoing e-mails to a contact record whether sent from TeleMagic or from Outlook directly
Automatic (by user preference) logging incoming e-mails to a contact record
Logging by Activity record and/or notepad stamp
Logs include date, time, user, subject and body
E-mails built using OutLook 2003 - all features supported
Mass e-mailing using TeleMagic filter
